During the summer recess visitors can take a guided tour around the British Houses of Parliament, one of the oldest representative assemblies in the world. With nearly 1200 rooms and 100 staircases, the one-hour guided tour takes in both debating Chambers and the great State Rooms.

Pre-booking is essential (the ticket office is located at Abingdon Green) and tours are available in French, German, Italian and Spanish.
