Giffords Circus is an old-fashioned circus all the family will enjoy. Fusing mime, dance and acrobatics and inspired by a 1930s traditional circus, it's a magical show taking place in various locations around Gloucestershire this summer. These dates are at the Longborough Farm Shop/Fruit Farm near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

Suitable for children (and adults) of all ages, the Sunday Telegraph has dubbed them 'the Nation's most glamorous troupe'. In addition, the interval is almost as much fun as the show, with original 1930s swing boats and a manually powered merry-go-round which the kids can play on for free.

The circus people live in restored 1930s wagons, painted burgundy and cream, which cluster in a circle around the big top. It is possible to tour the wagons after a workshop in circus skills with Nell Stroud. To organise this, ring her in advance.

The atmosphere of this circus is really quite unusual. Founded by Nell Stroud and her husband, Toti Gifford, the effort and care expended upon every aspect of the circus show is immense.
