Beard and Moustache European Championship
Join the party at the European Beard and Moustache Championship, held every other year in a different European country. No, really, this is serious competition with a number of categories, prizes and glory for the winners.
In the moustache category, competition is open to many kinds, of which the Dali, Hungarian, English and Chinese styles make up the favourites. As for those with beards, one can either go Garibaldi, Verdi or "freestyle". If you're in the region, this has got to be worth checking out.
The 2008 event took place in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in Germany.
