Raj Mandir Cinema
Jaipur's Raj Mandir Cinema is a popular tourist attraction. The exterior is a kitsch, pink mass of asymetrical zig-zags, curves and stars, all garishly lit at night. Come for the latest Hindi film or just to marvel at the facade.
Designed by architect W M Namjoshi, it opened in 1976 and, despite its size, is full most nights so take your chances or book in advance.
