The County Fleadh is a traditional music and dancing competition that travels to different towns in County Sligo. In 2008 it took place for a second year in Gurteen after two years in Strandhill.
Only a few hundred people turn up for the event, most of them participants, so you can be sure to find authentic, traditional Irish music at its very best. On the last night there's a ceilidh for everyone to join in.
