Sacramento's Music Circus at the Wells Fargo Pavilion makes for a great family outing. It combines the informality of the circus, an arena layout and musical theatre performances for the whole family.
The 2010 season opens with Spamalot and continues with Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Oklahoma, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Marvelous Wonderettes before closing with 42nd Street.
By Road: from Highway 50 westbound follow U.S. 50 until it becomes Business 80 westbound. Take the 16th Street exit. At the end of the off ramp, turn right down 16th Street. Turn right on 14th Street. Turn right on H Street.
