One of the smaller parks in the Six Flags chain, Six Flags America (just 15 miles from Washington DC) has 35 rides of which eight are roller coasters.
The park is split into various sections which include Olde Boston, Looney Tunes Movie Town, Southwest Territory, Nantucket, Gotham City, Skull Island, Coyote Creek and Hurricane Harbor (a water park).
