Lunes de Aguas (Water Monday)
Lunes de Aguas (Water Monday) falls a week after Easter and is a celebration of post-Lent freedom. Salamancans congregate in local parks to picnic on the traditional hornazo pie with Spanish cured meats and boiled egg.
