Amateur and professional mixed choirs get together every year for the Nordic-Baltic Choral Festival, performing on open-air stages, in churches and in concert halls around Tartu.

There are also workshops, a choir competition and a festival party. Venues include Vanemuine Concert Hall, Tartu Jaani Church and the Hall of the Ministry of Education and Science.
