Ord Valley Muster
The annual Argyle Diamonds Ord Valley Muster is not your average gathering of livestock and trucks. With over 50 events taking place during the two-week festival period, visitors can get stuck into sporting events, music concerts, cooking classes and much more.
The Ord Valley Muster events take place in Kununurra town and also spill out into the Ord Valley, a region known for its gorges, nature reserves and National Parks.
The packed programme inclues the Station Challenge Rodeo, Rotary 4 Wheel Drive Rally and cooking masterclasses with celebrity chefs. Another highlight is the Airnorth Kimberley Moon Experience (29th May in 2010), an outdoor live music concert at Kununurra's Community Amphitheatre on the River Ord's banks.
