Sticklepath Fireshow
The Dartmoor village of Sticklepath prides itself on holding a "fireworks display with a difference". The famous Bonfire Night Fireshow has a cast, costume team and stage crew of up to 200 locals and an audience of 3000.
Running since 1984, the event has grown into one of the biggest community arts event in the South West. As always, the design of the show remains a closely-guarded secret until the lights go up on 5 November. The 2009 theme is 'The Bermused Triangle'.
