Es Paradis

when:May - Sep 2010 (annual)
where:Es Paradis

Es Paradis on the San Antonio waterfront is one of Ibiza's most famous venues, and with good reason. Twice a week, the dancefloor is flooded during the club's trademark Water Parties Fiestas del Agua, guaranteeing an interesting time for all.

The club's architecture is based on Doric and Corinthian columns, temples, fountains and terraces, all covered by an enormous pyramid-shaped glass roof, complete with a hydraulic system that raises and opens sections to let in the early morning sun.

On Wednesdays and Saturday nights, fountains flood the central dance floor during the Fiesta de Agua, transforming the club into a large pool, and the night into a wet and soggy free-for-all.

As the season hots up the club opens daily and throughout the week you can indulge your passion for dance music in its many forms, from uplifting house to techno and trance.

Attracting top promoters and DJs, Es Paradis can easily cater for the vast crowds that flock here, with six bars and enough room for 3000 hot (and very wet) clubbers. This club has a slightly longer season than the others, starting in May and ending in September, making both the opening and closing parties some of the most eagerly awaited on the island.
