Tin Pan South presents a five-day feast of songs and songwriting in Nashville, Tennessee. The event covers every conceivable genre and uses every available space, encompassing country, rock, folk and more.

The festival borrows its name from Tin Pan Alley (New York's West 28th Street between Broadway and 6th Avenue), where a number of popular music publishers historically had their offices.

Past guests at Tin Pan South have included Art Garfunkel, Gordon Lightfoot, Donna Summer, Loretta Lynn, America, Garth Brooks and Janis Ian. The festival website publishes full details of this year's programme as soon as they are available.
